When you first hold this flashlight you are struck by it's sturdiness.  The metal body and the precise construction give this unit a beefy, quality feel. The next surprise is how bright the LED lighting is. The beam this flashlight throws off is as powerful as the standard 3 x D cell battery you find everywhere else. Hit the toggle button and the the single spot LED shuts off and the two smaller LED's fire up giving you a powerful wide-throw floodlight. No need to rotate the bezel to change the beam like on other heavy metal flashlights. But the real treat with this heavy duty light is to hit the front button and see the soft blue indicator start to blink slowly. You've just turned on the camcorder and you are filming everything you are shining light on in 640 x 480 high resolution color with audio. 4GB of built-in memory means the camera will film continuously for 60 minutes. The unit is also IP65 waterproof, which means any rainstorm, heavy splashing, and even the quick dunk.

Included is the flashlight DVR with 4GB of memory, USB cable for data transfer, 1 lithium-ion replaceable rechargeable power cell, and a wall charger. The unit can also double as a data drive, so you can keep important data files in the memory along with your flashlight videos.
